    When the draw's ready we should do a forum 'bracket challenge'. Where we'd have to correctly pick who wins every fight, through to the tourney winner.

    Mike Perez is going to get the last spot instead of Glowacki (who will be a reserve) or Lebedev.

    I prefer Glowacki, Perez has not fight any decent opponent at cruiserweight, Glowacki was a champion and is very solid. They should add Glowacki instead of Perez and Lebedev instead of Wlod, (who doesnt have any chance at this stage of his career), that would made the top 8 of the division. We have 6 top ten fighters, one heavyweight ex contender and one ex champion good fighter who has passed his prime. Great to have Usyk, Briedis and Gassiev, each one has 33% chance to win this tournament lol

    that first round stoppage vs Povetkin still has me questioning Perez..However I think he is much better fitted at cruiser! like you said this tourney is going to be neck and neck I can't wait!!

    Agreed. But Mike Perez is a decent addition, I'm not going to complain. Good chance Glowacki gets in at some point do to an injury anyway.

    Well, Glowacki isn't such a loss as Usyk really had no trouble with him.

    Perez is a mystery at the moment, so maybe that will make things more fun.

    Hopefully Glowacki makes it in as a late substitute!

    I'm pretty sure as Kiwi said, Glowacki and/or Lebedev will be brought into the tourney as a replacement later on anyway.
    Glowacki wasn't going to win the tournament so I'm not too fussed, although he's a good fighter. Perez is an interesting enough wildcard.

    Why are people so sure replacements will be needed? Quality of match up's?

    I don't think they will tbh, purses increasing in semi and final will mean that battered bods keep in there

    There are only 6 fights after the 1st round, I reckon the 1st round is the most likely for an injury exit as there are 8 fights in that round alone
