This is September's fight for BJS according to Fat Dan.

I think it's a very dangerous and tricky fight for BJS and that he will have to be sharp and at his best to win. I can't be the only one who feels that BJS has regressed since the win over Lee.

What about people's thoughts on this?

ok fight. however, david lemuiex was available and ready! and he would KO billybullshitesaunders. This is topping the UK PPV of Golovkin Canelo. Flanagan on undercard vs a bum of course, Flanagan never even had a real world level fight.

He badly needed a fight like this to get himself properly motivated and focused. He's one of our best P4P boxers in the UK but he's been coasting for too long now and needs to get back in the saddle.

Monroe Jr is a very slick operator, will be an interesting fight.

How much as he lost in the meantime I wonder, I really doubt he's going to be back to his best after such an inactive run and Monroe is a very tricky opponent.

He's definitely going to be rusty mate. He reckons he's been active behind the scenes...not sure what that means though, I'm guessing the odd blokes trying to take his head off on some random country lane, who knows. He's only 27 though but it'll be interesting.

He's a world champion, he should be in lots of tricky, dangerous fights tbh

Very good fight. Willie Monroe jr has some skills, he's quick too. Good fight, BJS in shape & concentrated should win but Willie Monroe has a shot in my opinion. Good technical fight.

I really wanted the Lemuiex fight but that was always going to be unlikely due to the risk. Even a 70% BJS will handle Monroe JR IMO, not much of a risk if you ask me, it's only a question of how convincingly BJS can get the win, and how will his gas tank look in the latter rounds.

I honestly think BJS will lose this fight, Monroe is very decent.

Monroe Jr is decent, I think on his day potentially very decent. If Saunders takes this lightly he'll lose. Good matchup although it won't be a FOTY candidate

BJS ain't the same fighter that fought Andy lee, just watch his a last fight against that unknown Russian, a lot of people including myself thought he lost. He will have had 1 fight in like 21 months and he was shocking in that fight. He keeps switching trainers etc and still balloons up in between fights. he may scrape through but against Jacobs and lemeuix and eubank he loses and ggg or canelo end him

2 slick fighters, neither a huge puncher could this turn into a bit of a stinker.
    Think Monroe will win it

Monroe Jr. beats the BJS who turned up against Akavov. The BJS who turned up against Andy Lee beats Monroe Jr. comfortably.

It's all eyes on how Ingle does with him. Saw Frank's latest interview saying Ingle takes 'no nonsense', which should hopefully mean no BBQs and margaritas in Marbella.
