    George Groves 7/4
    Chris Eubank Jr 3/1
    Juergen Braehmer 10/1
    Jamie Cox 12/1
    Erik Skoglund 33/1
    Rob Brant 50/1
    Avni Yildirim 50/1

    Worth a punt on Brant and Yildirim, betting markets are MAD to have Cox at only 12/1 at Yildirim and Brant at 50/1.

    Brant isn't a bad fighter. Not a true top eight super middle, but pretty good. Just watched the of bit of video of him on Youtube. Solid skills, good speed, and can punch. He is moving up from middleweight. If he gets a good draw I could see him maybe upsetting Eubank in the semis before losing to Groves or Smith in the final.

    Brant fought at 178 lb in the amateurs, so moving up from MW won't be a problem. He could even win the thing IMHO, it's only three matches and I give him a chance against everyone.

    As far as I see the 5 people who can win are:

    Smith
    Groves
    Eubank Jr
    Yildirim
    Brant

    Wow, Brant is way better than Skoglund and Cox. I'm definitely looking forward to placing a couple outright bets on each division. I like Groves to beat both Smith and Eubank, so I'd make him almost odds on to win the tourney. Then depending on the draw I'd take one or two guys on the other half. I'm a Eubank hater, but I see Brant as a serious threat to beat him.

    Yildirim is a very good fighter too. Wouldn't be surprised to see him or Brant win, an old Groves and an unproven Smith are the favourites after all.

    If they gave me 4/1 odds on Avni against Skoglund, I'd be willing to put half of my salary down to it. I don't know what the oddmakers are thinking.

    Can't believe Yildrim is 50/1 considering he battered DeGale in sparring and knocked his teeth out.

    Brant is too low as well. Very interesting.

    I think Braehmer will be fourth seed and fight Yildirim or Brant - the fighters know that they are good even if the punters don't. Chance for very good odds there, I'd pick either to beat Braehmer.

    They go where the bettors take them. I think those are insane odds and that they'll have to narrow as more money gets wagered.

    I find Brant and his inclusion thoroughly underwhelming, he may be able to get past Cox and Skoglund, but even that is a big maybe, he barely got by Louis Rose. Brant has yet to impress me.
