I never denied Canelo was a foreigner, I was speaking about Golovkin.

 

Maybe they will spar for 12 rounds, make the win controversial in some way and demand for a rematch in order to rake in some more money.

 

If that happens I will quit boxing and watch women's track and field.

It is my understanding GGG needed to get most of his demands met to even consider signing the contract.

People are a lot smarter about paying for PPVs nowadays. If their fight is lackluster, you better believe people won't be buying the rematch.

Well, it is within the realm of the possible considering the things human beings are willing to do in order to get their hands on money. Nothing lost if one doesn't dish out money to watch it on PPV. I did once. Handed out 59 bucks. Decided never again since the Ref's constant interference decided the outcome and I didn't pay to see the ref display his interfering abilities.

 

You told another poster that he doesn't like it when migrants succeed.. Canelo is a successful migrant.
