That would be a good fight and I also like Easter for the win, the reason being is that he takes a better shot than Linares. I think that Linares skill level is better than Easters, I just don't think that he's tough enough.
I think Easter is the weakest of the belt holders at 135 and overall Linares would have too much class for him. Would definitely like to see this fight, or Flanagan vs Easter.

I think Linares is too good, and he doesn't give Easter much of a chance of exposing his chin. Easter had problems he shouldn't have had against Shafikov. Despite his size and talent, he let up and fought Shafikov's fight too much. Also has shown stamina problems. Linares outboxes the boxer, picks him apart, outthinks and outspeeds him. Word is Oscar is looking at Linares-Campbell for HBO. Though he was last featured on Showtime and Garcia on Showtime looked next, makes you wonder now if Linares against a Haymon fighter is less likely.
Linares is multiple levels above Easter, Easter's size and reach may give him a few issues early, but Linares will adjust accordingly and win on points, or late stoppage.
Tough call, linares has looked straight gangsta in his last 2 fights, he beats flanagan and campbell with ease though
well theres a combinations of fights that can take place. if linares an flanagan are going back n forth thats great news as well . i love when these fights just keep getting scheduled and we have a long list of fights. but right now we dont have much . everything should go as planned . flanagan vs verdejo i want that fight to stay as planned i thought it was finalized.
He's likely fighting Campbell next, but Flanagan too? Linares needs to get off the British circuit and fight Garcia and Easter, Beltran would be good to see too. I really hope Verdejo beats Flanagan.
