When did he actually? He didn't.

When did that start being a thing he said? A couple of years ago, late 2014 maybe?

    Alright I'll rephrase.

At what point do you think Floyd think he was the best?

Not trolling either I like Floyd.

He is TBE in the way he traditionally meant - the best at playing the boxing game. i.e getting money, increasing his longevity in the game by finding certain loopholes in scoring criteria to exploit in order to win, taking less punishment as a result of his decisions both in and out of the ring.

But TBE? Nah certainly not. But he is a Tier II TBE level fighter.

He is the best at boxing if you consider it from a promotional standpoint.

I guess that happened after Pacquiao. If it wasn't for that fight Floyd would be known as a ducker.

Unless you're a Floyd fanboy don't use that stupid term he coined just to put on merchandise, come on. The term that's always been used, in boxing and every other sport is 'greatest of all time'. And while Floyd could be the best of the last 30 years, he ain't close to the GOAT.

Mayweather wouldn't last 6 rounds with Sugar Ray Robinson, and Ted Kid Lewis would have made him bleed profusely before making him quit the same way Paul Spadafora made him quit on his hands and knees begging for mercy.

So how on earth could he be considerd the best ever?

Floyd is nowhere near TBE in my humble opinion. too many black clouds of suspicion hanging over his head. He had the ncredible talent needed but lacked the heart and courage
