    TL;DR: he says Atlas was bias as hell and will do everything in his power to make sure he doesn't commentate the rematch


    "Longergan then took aim at veteran ESPN broadcaster Atlas, who was ringside for the fight and blasted the decision while also starting his post-fight interview with Horn by telling the new champion that he’d lost the bout.

    “A big reason the American people are questioning the result of the fight is that Teddy Atlas was simply biased in his commentary,” Lonergan said.

    “If Manny decides he wants the rematch, and ESPN is the broadcaster, I will do everything in my power to make sure Teddy Atlas is banned from the commentary team.

    “And if that doesn’t work, I will lobby the Immigration Minister Peter Dutton not to allow Teddy Atlas through our border.

    “Teddy Atlas has his head so far up Manny’s arse, he’s going to need a long shower when he finally pulls it out. He should stay within the United States with fellow loudmouth Donald Trump.

    “If Teddy Atlas was a Sesame Street character, he’d be Oscar the Grouch.

    “Have a look at Atlas’ commentary partner Timothy Bradley, who praised Horn’s effort throughout.

    “Even though he thought Manny got the decision, Bradley was balanced in his views and intelligent in his phrasing, and admitted that Horn did what no other fighter could do including Bradley himself, which was to back Manny up.”

    He looks like a bit of a dickhead here. Lobbying the immigration minister not to let Atlas in. What the hell is he thinking?

    Teddy hates Pacman. Atlas is behind the fake email to slander Pac going back to the 2009 failed negotiations.

    I wonder if Bradley being the recipient of his own robbery of Pacman has anything to do with it lmao.

    Like Atlas or his employer care. He thrives of negative attention and I think that is the only reason ESPN keeps him around.

    The WBO can't change the decision so get over it. Asking for a rescore on the fight while its a bit unusual its not that big a deal. However asking the Aussie gov to ban a commentator because you didn't like his opinion is definitely a bit oppressive.
