Loma-Davis on ESPN would be huge, no better platform for this fight.
If Floyd wants to develop his new star this would be the perfect opportunity. (I liked how Floyd sent him to the UK too, that was a good move).

 

Of course Davis won't make that, no fighter has ever made that kind of money at 130. Maybe he would make $1 million or so. But that is still much better than what he made against Pedraza ($75k), isn't it?

But to be honest I don't even want to see Loma vs Davis. Because Lomachenko would get no credit for beating him. It would be like him vs Gary Russell Jr all over again. Russell was considered the top prospect not too long ago, but after Loma beat him he became a "bum" overnight. That would be the same screnario with Davis. So Loma should say **** everyone at 130, move up to 135 and fight Mikey Garcia.

 

Was Russell Jr a world champion before he fought Loma?
