I backed kovalev to win yes, and I was justified with my assertions considering many accept that he won the first fight. Now to mention always I've supplied anecdotal evidence on all ped cheating cases and when ever you tried to stick your oar in on these types of discussions, offering your flimsy defensive arguments, I've always shot them down on facts.

In regards to this discussion, Ward stands absolutely no chance against any other of the top cruisers besides Bellew. We can actually lay down a stake you really do think I have no credibility and what I say holds no water.

And to answer your question about whether his popularity or skills/resume/record is more important? Well Ward has passed the test in all 3 categories already. Cant say the same for your boy though. So I think a money fight is in order for Ward even if its not the greatest fight. At least he wasnt dragging up Jr MW's in 2009 at 168=equivalent to what Golovkin did with Brook.
