I see this going badly for Mayweather both in the Pressers and the fight . I cannot believe Mayweather needs the money so badly to enter into a match where unless he stops McGreggor any other result will be a failure . Lets face it at Welter never mind at Lt Middle Floyd can't punch for toffee so I don't see that happening ! Connor can weigh in at 154 and enter the ring probably 20 pounds heavier he is a big dude and he is going to go for broke

 

Canelo vs Kirkland was free, so its hard to compare. Imagine if it was a PPV 3 weeks later. How many casuals would've said ' I'll catch it next week for free' ??

I too think Floyd vs McGreggor will be boring and thus casuals will blame it on boxing's " limits" . Thats why I think this will hurt the real fight that takes place 3 weeks later.
I do hope that Floyd ko's him. Connor should gas out fairly quickly. The only good thing to come out of this is that fight fans with a brain will notice the huge skill difference between a boxer and a MMA fighter at the art of throwing and evading a punch. And they'll follow this sport more often than mma

Floyd gonna knock him out for boxing. Floyd was on Instagram live yesterday and I commented saying "do it for boxing Floyd knock him out" and he saw this comment and said "I promise you I will knock him out he's gonna get it" and the serious look on his face when he said it, Conor in trouble.

 

Its a very slim possibilty, but highly doubt it.

That's like saying Berto might KO McConnor with a roundhouse kick or with a submission in the octagon.

That's what a lot of people are overlooking. If Floyd can't keep Connor's big ass off him then there is a chance that he can wear him down and possibly knock him out. He will never win boxing match but it's possibility that he can score a knockout or a stoppage.

 

McGregor has the longest reach that Floyd has ever seen.

 

It might be slim but it's a fact. Any physical connection with the right angle, power and connection point can end a fight regardless of what kind of fight or who administered it.

 

Floyd has always had a reach advantage over every fighter apart from Oscar. If McGregor was a boxer floyd would not allow an advantage like that.
