Wilt Chamberlain is a professional athlete and is not intellectually stunted. Neither was Mohammed Ali. Vlad and Vitali aren't intellectually stunted. They are college graduates and one has a doctoral degree in sports medicine. Vitali is the current mayor of the city of Kiev. Horn is a schoolteacher.

 

I dont know, he is obviously not a complete idiot when you look at what he has achieved.

BUT I do tend to agree with most of the comments... certainly his apparent lack of self awareness... I cant even listen to him nowadays.

This is the main example... I can think of... its cringe worthy, I honestly dont think he realise how obvious and contrived he came across when he 'absa ****ing lutly' then stared at the interview for a very awkward couple of seconds...

The interviewer was just stood there like everyone else confused thinking... what the **** was that?

Ultimately, i think he is an under educated bloke, that due to his success is stuck outside of the reality of the real world. Not the only person in the public eye to be like that

This is messing with my head, I hate everything about this fight but genuinely find McGregor extremely entertaining.

 

It's hilarious when Floyd tries to pause for effect. His timing is totally off and it creates an awkwardness that appears to be a by-product of his self-inflation.

 

Floyd admitted that he's nowhere near the fighter he was 10, 5 or even 2 years ago - he said exactly that - claiming the he just knows he has enough to still beat McGregor. This is one of the truest things he's ever said.

We also all knew Conor would win the verbal jousting. He's a funny guy on occasion. It's just a shame he can't really box.

I don't dislike Wlad. He's a phenomenal athlete with incredible accomplishments.

But he sounds stupid as **** to me.

And actually both Klitschkos have PhDs from Kiev University, but it sounds like they were really just honorary (fake) degrees, even if they won't admit it. If their degrees were real, we should be able to find publications or dissertations. I don't see either popping up, although I encourage anyone here to surprise me.

It's true that some, like Ali or Tyson Fury, are quick to have something clever and biting to say. I don't know where that comes from exactly. Did Fury even graduate from high school? I don't know.

 

You were focussing attention on Mayweather's comment but I couldn't help but notice just how strange Gervonta is.
I hate to just throw out e-disorder diagnoses out there but there is definitely something not right with that kid

 

I think Vlad sounds fine considering English isn't his native language. What he says is usually meaningful, despite his English. He speaks 5 languages. He manages to get more across in a sentence than Floyd can in a paragraph.

 

No, he was uniquely smart and mentally sharp in and out of the ring and I think its not right to say he was intellectually stunted.
