Floyd might go the distance in a 12 rounder, he gets stopped in 15

Armstrong would lose bc his punch output would be halved.

It's par for the course for Mayweather opponents. You cited Maidana: He fought Floyd when he was faded. Hatton had limited success and was quite a bit bigger and stronger than Armstrong....There are plenty of other examples of Floyd dealing well with swarmers or fighters who attempted to as a gameplan.

Amstrong by clear UD. Floyd is in over his head in this one.

I don't think Floyd would lose to anyone that short (height and reach).

He holds and the refs let him is a big reason for that. He would get away with that in other area's

Armstrong ..He constantly makes Floyd fight 3 min per round. Floyds constant holding could be a factor depending on the ref that night. For instance a Steve Smoger or Mills Lane wouldnt go for that sh#t

Armstrong is far too tough, mobile and busy for Floyd to deal with over the course. Floyd's tight D inside would make this fight scrappy as hell but Armstrong still wins comfortably. Floyd would find it extremely difficult to effectively pot shoot the low bobbing and weaving head movement of Armstrong.

Floyd loses easy to Amstrong who would be all over him.Floyd who likes to pick his shots and time, gets badly ouhustled en route to lopsided decision

Hatton was a tough customer, but he was ultimately crude. He had no head moment, and that made him relatively easy to negate. Armstrong was a completely different animal.
