No other reason? Eubank Jr bashed Brook calling him a quitter because Brook didn't want to risk permanent injury. He did that after his opponent Nick Blackwell suffered a permanent injury because Blackwell didn't quit, plus his father's opponent Michael Watson had a serious brain injury as well. Eubum Jr is a human garbage nothing more.

I think that's reaching in order to hate him. Eubank Jr is allowed to think someone is a quitter - he probably doesn't know what it feels like to break an orbital bone and Jr is about this 'warriors code'. A lot of people were calling Brook a quitter, they aren't reasonable, but they were saying it.

He avoids the best, and I hate him for that. I will never like him if he fights guys not at-or-near prime.

the BBC podcast of eubank certainly left a nasty taste - I actually had to stop listening and delete it - he advocates fighting on DESPITE some of the fights he went through impacting directly on his career through near fatal injury. Eubank talks as bad as his son - you know where Jnr gets it from. Though at least Snr initially "sounds" eloquent - he has the gift of the gab...Jnr doesnt.

if you want a try its on the BBC podcast website but I found it too distasteful.

    You really don't know?

That guy is a flat out ****. Never fought anyone of note, except for Saunders who he lost to, didn't want any part of rematch. Acted like a twat in negotiations for Golovkin, didn't get that fight. Regardless of what Dino say's, Jr chickened out of Jacobs fight. There's a reason why top promoters, people who could make a hell of a money from him, avoid having business with him.

Then comes the showboating and general ****iness both in and out of the ring. I mean there are mismatches left and right but this is one of the few guy's who thinks he's looking good by annihilating (can't properly KO though :D ) opponents who had no business in the ring with him.

Listening to commentators in his last fight praise him for being able to switch gears was pathetic. I mean, I haven't hit the gym for roughly 6 years and I'm sure I'd switch gears like that too if my opponent couldn't throw a punch to save his life and would simply cover himself up all fight.

Long story short, too many people see him for who he is - 27 or 28 year old with no accomplishments of note who acts like a star but actually is just a clown. His dad doesn't really help either.

Boxing is a barbaric sport the goal is to inflict as much damage as possible to your opponent while relying on the Gloves, Referee etc to keep them safe. Some fighters mindset is WAR, When soldiers go to war there are no "feelings" involved, You can't get emotional, In the heat of battle quitting is not something they would ever consider NO MATTER WHAT, That's what the ref and corner is there for. They accept there is a chance of serious injury or worse. You can't worry about injuring your opponent, Oh no i can't hit him so hard in case i injure him.

Some fighters don't have this mentality and are happy to quit if they feel they are in danger of injury or just don't want to take more punishment. I understand both sides, Qutting can be sensible if there is a risk of serious injury. neither is right or wrong its just a difference in mentality's.You can't be mad at somebody for either.

Mike tyson said he wanted to kill somebody in the ring.

Personally i always hope both fighters come out of a fight safe and sound but at the same time i understand the mind set of some of these fighters. If you are worried about injuring your opponent or get emotional over other fighters injuries you are in the WRONG SPORT.

When we admire a certain character trait we feel that it is worthy of admiration and that everyone else should admire it. So when they don't admire it-we view it as irrational. That's because when we admire behavior we always base the admiration on reasons that we consider to be logical and justified.

For example, Hitler admired people who imitate his hatred for Jews and Slavs and considered such hatred justified. So if a German did not hate Jews and Slavs he found it hard to understand since he considered hatred of Jews and Slavs a natural logical thing.

The same with people who admire incessant braggarts. They tend to consider it a display of healthy self-confidence and can't fathom why someone else would find it an extremely annoying and even hateful characteristic.

This might be a wrong place where to look for people that are able to see, let alone accept, things from other people's points of views as well as their own. :D
