by very heavy you mean seven pounds heavier on a guy 6'5" so completely negligible.

Several examples being listed are naming legit decade-long-ranked fighters as having only a "puncher's chance." Kinda silly.

Maidana didn't have just a puncher's chance against Khan. He almost won the fight on points via the manner in which it was possible for him to win without a mere lucky punch. Prescott having a puncher's chance against Khan is much more fair to say, but even then, Khan was just a young'n. Sanders was a high ranked proven fighter who had more than a puncher's chance. He could have waited for Wlad to blow his wad and forced a stoppage ala Purrity. He could have caused problems from southpaw, buzzed him a bit, and spoiled his way to a close fight without the "lucky punch" of a puncher's chance.

I guess "puncher's chance" is just a way to say "big underdog who has power."

I thinks it's more the way he carried the weight, looked out of shape. Almost everybody acknowledgea that Lewis took the first fight lightly.
