Its obvious that people let their prejudices and preconceptions cloud their comprehension about exactly what they are watching.

some fighters are just exceptional and can compete in any era. And people saying they never fought anybody are convicted by their own words. When I have seen mayweather, RJJ, ALI make what I know are exceptional fighters look like nobody then you should know you are watching something special that could translate to any era of boxing. and to quote RJJ " I just made them look like nobody"

Must be the same people thinking Haye could be hw champion or that Usyk would stand a chance in hw.

They are different fighters. I think Holyfield could of beat Ali. Holyfield did lose 4/5 times when he fought top level super heavyweights like Lewis and Bowe.

Well, the past prime version gave a prime Lennox all he could handle in their second. And, I think Ali was a level above Evander.

Povetkin is 6'2'' and weighs in the low-mid 220s.

And he was dominated by Wladimir losing every single round and getting knocked down too. I don't care what anyone says Povetkin would give Ali nightmares worse than Joe Frazier.

I'm not in denial at all, far from it. There are a lot of people that lack any common sense when it comes to Ali though, that is what I was referring too.

tyson fury had to cheat to beat lil Stevie, trapping him with his elbow to hit him. After he'd been clean floored.

That was a completely pointless comment.

Briggs predicted that Wilder would lose.

It's all subjective and opinion based. I'm not going to tell anyone that they are wrong, as it simply cannot be proven.

    You don't think sports science
Lends itself to the possible outcome of the fight, whereas I think that it does.

then its not intrinsic. A fighter of yesterday transported to today gets those same benefits.
