And how many years ago was it?and Canelo was young.but not in his prime yet. And that was Auswitch camp Nelo right there. Nevermind Nelo has never used to this kind of spotlight.
All over twitter last week I was seeing this: 49-1 Personally, I'm not sure if I subscribe to the "if you say it enough times, it might turn Conor into a world class boxer" philosophy... but what do I know?
lol whatever someone says about floyd you clueless casuals will argue and make it a negative against floyd, so see you here on August 27th to discuss the beating floyd gives megregor.
it's only just hit me how stupid, clueless and deluded the above comment is, why do we have casuals on this forum ffs
They start threads on this forum thinking they know more than anyone else. Yet they don't consider themselves Casual, but really they are. Know nothing, know it all.
That boxer is psyching the other out at the weigh in/press conference. You can tell who won by the way their face looks. That guy didn't even think he won.
So was OLDH,Marquez,Cotto etc in their primes?Floyd is tremendeous talent and great boxer. It's just a fact that second part of Floyd career he avoided young and prime boxers.and in certain cases waited so they become old.i don't blame Floyd.it's all about $$$$. As it should be. but i don't think i'm clueless casual saying Conor has couple of rounds to KO Floyd. Or that Floyd has feasted on past prime money fights. only exceptions were mid level Maidana, LW punching bag Guerrero and Green/drained Canelo.. and i'm a Floyd fan. Maybe i'm casual.but how you some "hardcore" fans don't see trough this bull**** is amazing..
Here is a list of things casual fans say and do. Size isn't important, skill is the only important thing. But of course only for fighters the like. For example. 5'11 3/4 210 Joe Frazier is too small to compete against modern size heavyweights but of course 5'10 180 pound Rocky Marciano and 6'0 170 pound Gene Tunny can ( Somebody actually said the 6'3 1/2 230 pound Foreman is too small to compete with modern heavyweights even though he is a modern sized heavyweight and he did fight in the modern era). Casual fans will name random guys from years before they were born and say there were great because they heard somebody on TV say it. So guys like Sugar Ray Robinson and Joe Louis get put on a pedestal when in reality neither are as good as they are made out to be. Casual fans are the ones who tell you that Wladimir Klistchko vs Anthony Joshua was one of the most exciting heavyweight fights in boxing history. In reality it was basically 2 big 6'6 steroid addicts who are afraid to be hit. Casual fans will immediately say any fighter who gets knocked down or out has a glass chin. In reality a glass chin means you can't take a punch. So if every time you get hit be a big punch you go down and out you have a glass chin. Or if you get hit by light punchers and you still go down. Being knocked out on a ocassion by guys who are known for being huge punches doesn't equate to having a glass chin.
