not really, he could have beaten the average dillian whyte for several million who is more known to the british public, then there is a huge fight with AJ

Yea I know and Whyte is an easier opponent for more money. I never said it was smart to take on Ortiz but to avoid Whyte.
    Read again what I posted

The Dillian Whyte deal had to much politics, it was not " here's the 4 M lets make it happen"

On paper Ortiz should out skill Deontay, but however sloppy Wilder can look at times, he's big and he can hit hard enough to make up the skill gap. Good fight

If Wilder fights Ortiz I will gain some respect for wilder but I will still question why it's taken this long for him to step up

Big big big big if still, but if this goes through then fair ****s to Wilder because Ortiz is a big time boogeyman. Although *disclaimer* **** Ortiz, drug cheat. I do wonder why he'd be OK fighting this drug cheat and not another but I guess that was much longer ago.

Anyway, Ortiz is pretty slow but as Dave Allen says he just hits you with things you can't see coming. His inactivity might be a bit of a problem for him, would be useful for him to fight a scrub quickly I guess. Technically, he is much better than Wilder and he has very solid power too. I think he'll ice Wilder personally. Losing to Ortiz isn't a massive blemish though, so there'd be no shame in it. For Wilder to win he's going to have jab and be on his bike for 12 rounds solid which he is capable of doing but I don't think that jab or movement is consistent enough to keep Ortiz away. He's a very skilled counter puncher and that's what'll put Wilder to sleep.
Huge opportunity for Wilder so silence all of us here though, so let's hope it gets made

Ortiz will get knocked out like all the rest and become a bum overnight.

Here's the Dibella quote you're trying to avoid which is pretty weak. Just admit you're wrong or shut the hell up.

Dibella "We eliminated anybody from consideration who has a history of PEDs. We are not going to fight any boxer with a history of PEDs on a month's notice,"

Bolded because apparently you are either blind or you're reading comprehension is terrible. Source is the scene.

Showtime's Stephen Espinoza says talk of a possible Deontay Wilder v Luis Ortiz fight is just a rumour, not a reality, per ESPN.

See the rest of the discussion.

"Proves" is too strong but there is good evidence that he is older than 38.
