Jarrell Miller is a poor mans version of Samuel Peter

and Peter wasn't exactly much to shout about

I don't know why Miller's name even gets mentioned on here..People are talking like he's a good prospect/contender, I really don't understand it.

He's the slowest heavyweight I've ever seen.. his feet are so slow....and he doesn't impress me in any way..He should be in another sport not boxing, he's a slow, overweight, flawed novice with poor stamina.

Can you imagine this guy against the the best heavyweights.. Fury, Povetkin, Joshua, Klitschko, etc.. He wouldn't have a prayer.

Jarrell Miller vs Tyson Fury for example would be the most hilarious mismatch you could see, imagine the speed difference! Fury could do whatever he wanted.

Even bums like Dillian Whyte would fill this guy in.

Nonsense. Miller is great and after beating Washington he'll probably go after who necks.

 

That said he beats Washington.

 

Never understood why some posters pick on Peter so bad. Sure his decline was fierce, but he had arguably the best resume of any non K in the first half of the K era. MUCH better than Haye.

 

I'll take it... Miller despite his crudeness is willing to face all comers.. The unwillingness for contenders to face one another is what has truly made the HW division seem like a weak and stagnant division for so long... Not the lack of talent.

 

We'll know more after he fights Washington. A similar outcome to Kownacki Spizilka will see him added to Deonkey's avoid list.

 

Not sure but Kharitonov won a UD against him in kickboxing!

 

Miller and Kharitonov never fought... Think it was scheduled but fell through at one point. Kharitonov before he started becoming shot would have done a number on Miller. Underrated fighter.... He held his own in WSOB against young, healthy and talented fighters too while being years past his best. Got robbed against Helenius in the amateurs too. Easily the most accomplished boxer to achieve anything of note in MMA.

 

A friend of mine described him as a poor man's Mark Henry which made me laugh.

 

Yep it was Cro Cop. Lol Miller didn't like dem leg and body kicks too much doe! At the beginning look at all Millers hopeful fans in the stands. Lol

Cro Cop also did very good fighting on the inside with uppercuts, nullifying the much larger Miller in the clinch. Just completely outsmarted by the older and battle hardened fighter.
