Marciano said he hit Walcott harder in the second fight.

Does Turner really need to be put down in order to bolster your skewed agenda?

    So selfish

Several of us already explained in a different thread (threads?) why we don't find Turner's interviews particularly useful or persuasive. He has extensive experience in the game but he comes across like someone's bullshitting, mischief-causing uncle after a few brews at a family cookout. His comments only seem valuable if they fit with your pre-existing agenda. Doubt they'd have much impact on the views of many informed non-believers though.

It's a question you are not compelled to answer it but replying with a question is non- productive, not to say
non- sensical I couldn't give a rats a*se about your view of me. I have no agenda if you had half a brain you would have noticed I haven't even made a pick here!

Your're willing to caste a man who has been in the corner of world champions for decades, a "crazy uncle at the BBQ," all for the sake of your agenda?

You have completely misassesed the worth of your observations against his.

Disingenuis questions don't warrant a cooperative dialogue.

Yep. I'd do anything for my agenda! All jokes aside though--you accusing anyone on this forum of having an agenda is rich beyond words. (I still chuckle over your "Primo Carnera was a better all-around fighter than Riddick Bowe" nonsense, from time to time)

So be it. But judging from the unenthusiastic response your interview generated in the other thread, I'd bet I'm not the only one who doesn't put much stock in Turner's "musings." If you insist on going the argumentum ad verecundiam route, I humbly suggest that you cherry-pick your quotes from more convincing sources.

I bet you're not the only one either.
There's also Mcvey, Seamus, what a bunch.

It's not an argument of authority. It's an argument of experience. Huge difference. Citing fallacies won't hide the lack of common sense in your argument, and won't help you caste Turner as crazy.

Again, you guys are so selfish, that you want to discredit Rockys KO, and now call Don Turner crazy, all because it doesn't align with your views.

You were all overs Galicos testimony disparaging Primo. He has no real experience compared to Turner. Don says good things about Rocky, and despite being in old school and modern champions corners, he's "The crazy uncle at the barbecue."

Throwing good people under the bus for your ego. Terrible.

Tip, don't mention spelling errors when yoy are chok full of them.

They can't win with sense and logic, so they revert to spelling and incorrectly citing fallacies. All to see Turners reputation destroyed in this forum to feed their ego fueled agendas.

The gross desperstion of the hopeless.

I haven't called anyone crazy, or disputed the Marciano ko all I have done is pointed out what made it possible .I couldn't give a f*ck what you think about it because I have a very low regard for your boxing acumen.

Yeah Gallico[2L's] only saw Carnera numerous times from ringside, spoke to his manager and actually boxed Jack Dempsey ,WTF would he know?
After throwing you under the bus, I'd be sure to reverse it back over you.Always best to be sure!

Gallico did an expirement getting in the ring with Dempsey. He wasn't a boxer.

You have nothing going for you in life. That's why you want to kill people. Get healthy.
