Bob Cleroux was 2-1 against George Chuvalo in a series of close fights.
    His career record was 47-6-1.
He didn't beat many really good fighters but he probably deserves this mention.

Lennox Lewis.. Canadian? Think you've got your wires crossed some where Jack. Sure his passport says he was born in the good old UK!

I think all three had Canadian citizenship when they boxed. Lewis won Olympic gold for Canada and although he went back to Britain where he was born, to turn pro, he still retained his Canadian citizenship as well (I think he still has dual nationality) and I'm almost sure Berbick and Ruddock were Canadian national champions as pros.

Berbick was definitely Canadian champion, as well as Commonwealth champion. Simultaneously if I remember right.

He's a Canadian citizen and he represented Canada in two Olympic games.

Anyone who wins a gold metal for Canada is Canadian, with the sole exception of Ben Johnson. Johnson won gold in the 100m race breaking a world record only to fail his drug test. When he won, he was Canadian, when he failed he was "that Jamaican".

Like the tennis player, Murray. British hero when he wins, Scottish bas***d when he loses.

Earl Walls probably lands in the ninth or tenth spot, since he was rated in the Top 10 following his kayos of Layne.
