well is he recovering from a bullet wound? so these fight are taken at least have an excuse.

also he had a lengthy layoff. no luck this time around though i doubt he will fight a guy like glazkov n a freak injury will happen n he will be gifted with a belt that fell in his lap.

 

Martin has had his 15 minutes.

 

Martin should just retire. He is going nowhere in boxing. I have never seen such a pathetic attempt at a heavyweight title defence in my life.

When AJ knocked him down he just sat there smiling to himself, completely able to get up, but let himself get counted out on purpose. He does not have the heart to be a champion, that is not going to change.

 

I don't think he will ever or should ever fight at world level again but how do you think he would do against someone on the level of David Hayes first 2 opponents back? Reckon he beats De Mori or Gjergjaj? or someone like Dave Allen? I personally reckon he could still be a decent enough fighter at that sort of level
