Dude. No one who wasn't trolling or had an agenda thought that... This was a cherry pick. If Eubank Jr. wins this tournament he'll get credit... Not for beating a faded Abraham who has zero work rate at this point(tailor made for Eubank Jr.)

 

I hope Groves looks phenomenonal against Cox and cleans him up in the 1st round, I can already hear the excuses now and if Cox survives a few rounds Groves will be considered a bum.

Why is Degale rated higher than Groves?
He lost to Groves and did worse than Groves against Jack (despite the scores).

Groves has as much claim to being no1 in the division post Jack as anyone!!!!

Groves is an elite fighter, he would give a hard fight to any cruiserweight!!!!

He was a good win for Giberto who is a natural SMW , why isn't he a good win for Eubank who moved up?

At the end of the day he beat the same Arthur that made Gilbero WBO champ. And he was just as dominant against an Arthur that didn't have to travel over sea's.

 

I predicted Eubank Jr-Abraham almost exactly, so my opinion of him didn't really change due to that fight.

IMHO Eubank Jr is a solid top SMW but he has to beat Groves to be considered elite. I'm not sure he does, at the moment I lean towards Groves in that one.

Anyway, if he does he'll get full credit from me, even more so if he wins the tournament. But it isn't going to be easy; Yildirim, Groves, and prob. Smith are 3 tough customers.
