Mayweather batters Khan, probably stops him.

I just want to say this. If Danny Garcia could eventually time Amere Con. I'm pretty sure Floyd would. Go ahead Khan fans. You can call me a nut hugger now.

Except boxing doesn't work like that and you know it. Garcia had no problem planting both his feet in order to put everything he had into some of his punches, whereas Floyd is simply happy to pitty-pat and move out of the way.

Khan is a broken record. Throws the same combinations over and over again. Floyd has the most varied rhythm and attack possibly ever. Not to mention he's a defensive genius who always brings down his opponents connect percentage and punch output. What are we arguing here again? Floyd's power is underrated. There's a good chance with Amir's weak chin he can do some considerable damage whether it's stepping back or a counter shot that Amir won't see. Floyd does more than pity pat and simply move away lmao

"a good chance with Amir's weak chin he can do some considerable damage" Even you can't buy into your own argument for a Floyd KO. LOL

Floyd more than likely beats Khan, not much argument there. I highly doubt it would have ended in a KO and I'm merely suggesting that Khan had enough talent and speed to trouble Floyd.

By the way, all you Floyd defenders need to give up this "Floyd's power is underrated" BS. He's only had two stoppages in over a decade and both of those were highly flukey.

There were times in fights when all he needed to do was just step on the gas and he could've stopped guys or put them down. Two examples of that being Cotto in round 12 and Shane in round 8.

Don't try to deflect from your stupid comment that Floyd just pity pats and moves away. His putty pats do a lot of damage to far bigger men. He doesn't go for KO's is all. He's satisfied taking a dude to school. Khan on the other hand has a good chance of actually getting KO'ed.

He has major defensive lapses which have lead to him getting KTFO or nearly losing to nobodies like Limond for example who was robbed out of a KO win when he faced Khan. Just stop. You're wasting my time and just trying to save face atm, talking just to talk.

You don't know **** about the topic at hand at all.

I can see "duck" is being used pretty loosely these days...
Pac would KO'd him and Floyd would've timed him and win on points...

NO, that was a clear duck. Again, not saying Khan would have won. Simply that there was a reason why both of them decided not to fight a "chinny guy/easy win" and one that brought more money to the table than some of the opponents they chose to fight instead.

They didn't want to give that filthy entitled loud mouth a undeserving big pay day after he was coming off losses and ducking fighters who were ahead of him in the queue for title shots.

    That is all.

I think khan would have some success early simply because he is fast and never shy to throw punches. Most will pick floyd as he always adapt and took over the later rounds.
I don't see khan's chin as much as an issue here, it will be the same as most khans fight.

You guys are dismissing even making fun of Khan but Floyd blatantly avoided him WHY?? that fight would have generated more $$$$ than Berto for sure. I had to laugh when Floyd named Berto as his next opponent even MVC assured us Floyd was " Just teasing" ROFL'
Floyd knew he didn't have power enough to KO even Khan. The day he cowardly cold cocked a defenceless Ortiz yet STILL couldn't KO him, Victor gut up laughing more than proved that. Khan just might have exposed Floyd Who knows

Khan is a highly flawed glassed jawed joke, but Mayweather wouldn't be able to KO Khans glass jawed little sister, although I'm sure he would try. Khan at his best would have caused Floyd a lot of problems and could have pulled off the upset. Styles make fights.

It was a convincing win. It was competitive. Competitive doesn't mean it's not convincing. Algieri isn't an easy fight styles wise as Khan's advantages were largely nullified. This is a prime Algieri, too who had an even fight with a prime Ruslan Provodnikov.
