Last time Garcia had the flu was when he fought Juan Manuel Lopez and we all know what happened.

Man I hope Mikey isn't sick. There will be a lot of excuses made if he doesn't perform well. I'd honestly rather they reschedule this fight when he's healthy.

If he is really sick I might have to put $500 on Broner he's a nice value with those odds.

There's been no talk of reschedulement, honestly I don't personally think Mikey is too bad. Probably has a nasty cold or something.

Its possible. I climbed 9 miles up to the highest summit in Southern California with the flu and was the first to reach the summit out of a group of 16 experienced hikers.

Trekking up a hill and being on the recieving end of head and body shots for 12 three minute rounds, are two different things with all due respect.

It most certainly is, but both are very demanding physically even at 11,500 ft of elevation... Main point being that it can be done and it has been done.

But I would rather each fighter be 100 pct. Vargas fought Mosley with the Flu and got KTFO.

Flu is bandied about so Willie nillie these days.

It's not flu, he would be in bed sweating and freezing with cold sweats and flushes unable to move if he had proper flu...

People feel a little rough and snuffly and say they have flu, when in a matter of fact they probably never have had it...

You'd know about it if you had proper flu, you Int climbing no mountain no matter get in a ring to attempt a possible 12 roundswith flu... No way.

But you gotta lol at such things when spouted before a big fight Int ya... Lol
