Anthony Joshua shocks everyone when he runs 100m in only 11.5 second. More proof Joshua is the most athletic heavyweight of all time. If he did not become a boxer he could of been a sprinter, long jumper, shot putter the possibilities are endless.

This video proves he's fast as **** and has great legs but doesn't prove anything about athleticism.
Tho I feel he's the most athletic hw of all time.

If he dropped some weight he could probably run in 8 seconds flat!

If he would train for it and drop some weight, he could run the 100m in less than 10 seconds.

Absolutely zero reason to try running it faster, that's fast enough especially for a man 225+

How do you know that he couldn't if he would exclusively train for it ? He could certainly run at least a second faster
if he would drop 40 pounds.

1 second in difference is a very long time to elite sprinters.

Say Joshua got to 10.50? Which would be incredible, yet highly unlikely, the chances to get below 10 seconds flat from there are probably 1000/1.

He's truly special. His training dedication sways me to believes anything he chose he'd be the best at it.

Wait till you see Aj over the next few years. He came to the conclusion he was much too heavy vs wlad. If he cuts down to 238/40 he's going to be unstoppable, his legs are insane.

I haven't seen any 6'6" 250 anything spring up and down using his legs as literal springs. He's far ahead of his time, but we have some comp here and much on the way up.

Under 10 if trained is possible for one that ran under 12 rolling out of the ropes

I know, but 40 pounds of muscle also make a huge difference and AJ is not a sprinter, imagine he would train for
it everyday and drop 40 pounds of muscle, i think you can agree with me that he could certainly run the 100m in
less than 11 seconds, he probably wouldn't go under 10 seconds, i agree that is a little bit far fetched but he could
run it definitely a second faster.

Isn't it enough that so many already think that Joshua is on Peds? Now you want to associate him with elite 100m athletes who are constantly under suspicion? Lol.

If he trained full time I certainly wouldn't bet against him going under 11 seconds. I'm no expert in sprinting though.

He wasn't 250 pounds there. This was in 2012, when he was around 220-225lbs. It he trained exclusively for it he could have broken 11 seconds but I struggle to see him getting much faster than that.

He was 230 pounds in 2012 and i was talking about the 240 pounds version of Anthony Joshua, so we are talking
about 30 pounds of muscle which makes still a huge difference, 200 pounds would be the best weight for him in
a 100m race and he has the perfect build with his long legs, if he would have trained from young age exclusively
on sprinting, i think he could have been an elite sprinter.

I guess we have different opinions mate (on whether he could have been an elite sprinter or not). Nothing wrong with that.
