Mayweather/McGregor Fight Discussion

Honestly, I don't even know if I'm interested in this fight. What is the point? McGregor has no fights. How can he possibly be competitive?

This whole this is a clown show. It's totally ridiculous. If McGregor wasn't getting paid so much, I'd feel sorry for him, given how embarrassed he's going to be.

I mean, he has no shot. In MMA, he's actually an exciting fighter because he uses his hands against people that have no hand skills and he knocks them out. This might really hurt his career because mentally, it's going to be hard for him to recover from this.

I'm going to agree with you.
I think if Mayweather climbs in that ring and its not in his mindset to carry McGregor, the openings are just going to be to big and McGregor to slow for Floyd to not just tee off on him at his leisure.

For anyone that's ever seen Julio Cesar Chavez' destruction of Greg Haugen, go take a look on youtube.
Chavez completely played with, toyed, and destroyed Haugen, and he did it while carrying him some as Chavez was out to punish Haugen by making him suffer.
Mayweather if he so chooses can make the Chavez-Haugen fight seem competive if its in his mindset to do so against McGregor.

By far it will be Mayweather's easy fight of his career.
Non competitive, a complete wipeout of a fight.

Mayweather by KO any round he so chooses to end it.

I know Conor would lose all his purse if headkick Floyd. But Conor would become icon by just doing that. It would be quite a satisfaction to millions of people. See Floyd sleeping on canvas and Conor doing ground and pound. Really ****ing Floyd up.

McGregor would not just lose his purse, he'd be liable for damages that would effect his current worth and future earnings.
Anybody with the illusion that such a scenario could happen, a person the financial stature of McGregor cant afford to pull a stunt like that because he'd be paying Mayweather for years to come from the the lawsuit that would ensue.

Bro, he's selling it to the casuals. Why do you even bother? Yes the first two press tour conferences were somewhat comical and entertaining, but this is a circus act, the entire thing is scripted for the Casual fan.
