In all honesty. I think he's gutted. Hating and spewing nonsense about Wlad was his lives mission.

Both Vitali and Vlad were great role models for children. They did not beat up women, get drunk, take drugs and trash talk........................

The criticism of Wlad not facing the #1 HW until 2006 is weird. For one thing Wlad turned pro the last month of 96.

    97-99 #1 Holyfield
    00 #1 Lewis
    01-02 #1 Wlad
    03 #1 Vitali
    04-06 #1 Byrd

Expecting Wlad as a prospect to get a crack at Evander and Lewis when they were unifying is unrealistic

Wlad was #1 for 2 years after RING named Lewis Champ...so he cant fight himself.

Vitali was #1 so...he cant fight his brother.

Byrd was #1 next two years, and Wlad climbed up the ratings and unfairly fought two eliminators to finally face him.

I'm a bit late here but anyway Wlad has had a great career. He achieved everything there was to achieve in the sport, despite some serious stoppage losses. He is an ATG heavyweight and makes my top 10 heavyweights of all time.
