With your above post you have admitted frustration towards all is forum Wilder haters.

Try to remember that one of the main reasons we post as much as we do isn't just because of Wilder, its because of guys like you Dino. You're fun brother.

I've just entered a group that talks about Wilder and nothing but Wilder :lol: Thanks for letting me know. I'll try not to talk about anything else...

For the record I've never minded Wilder. Thought he's good entertainment and, besides from a few stories I've never tried to verify, he comes across as an alright guy.

As a Joshua fan things are pretty easy to follow. He's IBF champ. Beat Wlad for the WBA Super and was ready and willing to honour that rematch clause. Now Wlad retires he wants to fulfil both his IBF and WBA mandatories to keep the belts. And after that he wants to unify the WBO and WBC which should be Wilder. He also wants to fight Tyson Fury if he ever gets back in shape. All quite standard stuff.

As for Wilder who the hell knows what the guy wants. I'm sure there are one or two things that have gone against him (e.g. Povetkin failing drugs test). But after 5 voluntary fights spanning 2 and a half years. None against anyone top 10. Then you need to do some proper mental gymnastics to praise Wilder for how he is going about his business. When you also consider the logic-defying rants and conveniently timed call-outs, then you've got to be pretty dumb to still be taking what he says at face value. I'm 100% sure that Wilder doesn't believe the things he says. He's just saying them because he has to.

He's in a position now where only his actions count. There's no point in listening to what he says any more. It's all about who he steps in the ring with. In 2018 Joshua will 100% be there for the WBC champ (unless he loses of course). Right now Wilder needs to find another credible opponent ... if it's credibility he's after of course.

Yeah fair point I certainly wouldn't make any excuses but as a world champion you should be expected to take care of all comers and they should be ranked in the top fifteen, just find it odd that AJ has to fulfill his role as champ and yet all we hear from Wilder is the usual rubbish re guys with commitments, let's just stop pretending he's fighting Ortiz is all I'm saying cause surely if he were he wouldn't be wasting his breath on AJ would he,now you can see that can't you?

Hearn can still make a deal with Wilder and announce him as his opponent after Pulev. He practically done it with Parker.
He talks positively about a match with Parker , but negatively about a match with Wilder.

He either isn't interested in Wilder , or doesn't want to be enrolled on the WBCs anti doping scheme . Either way the interest just isn't there. Im more of an AJ fan than a Wilder fan but a spade is a spade

But Parker is taking positive steps. He's gone to the UK to defend his title and build his name. All Wilder does is call him out on twitter. He had an opportunity to fight Dillian Whyte for what was it? 4 million? And he priced himself out. That was a perfect opportunity to lead into an AJ fight and he didn't want it.

Thats a different situation. Khan kept calling out Mayweather while turning down a huge money fight with Brook.
Yeah he should have fought Whyte 100% but If Wilder is offered Joshua , i have no doubt he'll take it.

This is the usual story ... Wilder wants to fight Ortiz, Wilder wants to fight Parker, Wilder says AJ is ducking him ... ends up fighting Washington and Arreola :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Try to be consistent Dino, in the above post you claim 100% that Wilder should of fought Whyte, yet you have argued in past posts that he couldn't and or shouldn't.

If you keep this up we might start liking you. Put in more effort dude.

Yeah, and Khan was rightly labelled a duck and an idiot for his constant chasing of Floyd.

I have no doubt Wilder will take the Joshua fight. Who wouldn't? It's a guaranteed 10 million fighting AJ. The problem is Wilder does nothing to get the fight apart from twitter call outs.

It's beyond old at this point. I don't know why anyone would want aj to fight Wilder now. It would be a big missed opportunity. As a fan of the sport, I want to see big event fights that matter. Unless Wilder beats someone like Ortiz, or hell even a decent combo like Whyte and Miller, his resume is about at the level of Pulev. He's just a much lower tier guy than AJ right now. Would suck to see a unification with such a disparity in proven level of opponents. I'd rather the fight percolate until either Wilder is more proven or until he's replaced by someone who is.

The point is he was willing to fight Maywather. Khan was a better fight than Berto and Wilder is a better fight than Pulev.
All khan did was call Mayweather out on twitter , there's nothing more he could have done to get the fight.
The ball is in Hearns court , not Wilders. How is this hard to understand.

    Don't be stupid.
Wilder threads occupy the main page of this forum day in / day out , week after week.
The fight would be of huge interest to everybody if it happens.

Mayweather - Berto was a cherry picked opponent for a showcase to get to 49-0. Joshua is fighting a mandatory top 10 HW who he has an agreement with. How hard is that to understand?
