I'm not trying to bash him or anything.... Great fighter all that but It's Him..... From hogging all the spotlight, Making everything about himself, His Gimmick, Not giving other fighters credit and etc.... It's like he comes off as being real insecure about himself.... And I'm tired of him...

Youre catching on to this now? Floyds been corny asf for over a decade. Hes not the sharpest tool in the shed and it shows when he talks about anything other than money or boxing.

As tired as his act has been, sadly the press conferences will likely be more entertaining than the actual fight.

Do you really have to get so defensive regarding Floyd Joy Sinclair Mayweather?

it got old to me years ago. It was almost like he was saying, the money is what is important and himself.. And that is how I knew he would not put his all in boxing.. Like a Hearns or Hagler who really took punches to gives us great fights. And that is why Floyd lacks the greatness he seems to want to claim.

It isnt charisma. It is the behaviour akin to someone who has had too many drinks and uses the F-word every third word.

He's been trying too hard in the build-up for obvious reasons (opportunity of a lifetime) but, having watched him in MMA, he's been the best trash talker in the game for the last couple of years.

Anyway, I don't want to be seen to defend anything to do with this "fight" - it's a clown show and he's doing whatever he can think of to trick gullible fans into buying the ppv.

Right….both these fools have been making tits of themselves in the lead up to this fight from the clips I've been shown.
Watching Floyd prance/skip down a stage runway forcing "YEEEAAAAHH"s over and over again was cringe cringe cringe. As for Conor, his own much vaunted repertoire of smack talk is just lame repetitive sound bytes with plenty of "FOOKS" thrown in. I also find it difficult to warm to a white irishman who insists on bragging about his Gucci mink coat.

I hadn't planned on watching this for obvious reasons but my gf has bought into the hype with all the stuff on social media and a couple friends are mms fans who think Conor has a chance and want to watch it so looks like I will be hosting. Hopefully the odds on Mayweather continue to improve with the insane amount of bets being put down on McGregor, I plan on going all-in on this one and I'm sure most of you are doing likewise. This is the closest thing to free money you can find betting sports, I can't remember a better spot ever.

Lol at floyds promotion inquiring about switching to 8oz gloves. It was a smoke screen. FLoyd runs NSAC. 8oz gloves are "unsafe" for boxing but they are sanctioning a fight with a 49-0 ATG against someone who is 0-0 and o amateur bouts.

Will it ever be known what the purse split is? I read they signed a non disclosure on the split. I hear floyd talking he is going to make 300+ million and everyone is saying conor 100+. Foolish of Conor to only take 25% when he is bringing every MMA viewer to the table for PPV. Floyd can't fight anyone and make this kind of cash. A pac rematch before he fought(and got robbed) horn would have netted floyd 100+ million easy.

His "retirement" fight sold a measly 300k PPVs. For fluid to sell big PPVs it has to be against someone they think might beat him. Canelo 2+ million, Pac 4.6 million etc. On the flipside Conor can sell 1.5 mill in UFC but they get screwed on their pay compared to top boxers like manny and floyd. So maybe Floyd told them I can fight pac, canelo and still make 9 figures.

I wouldn't have taken less than 60-40 if I were conor just because people are buying this because of him. Pure boxing fans don't want to watch it.

Floyd is very insecure and has to control everything possible about a fight. Gloves, his name has to be first because he is the "a" side. Claims he is a great businessman and then flashes a 100 million dollar check he claims he hasn't cashed yet. News flash. If you have 100 million sitting for 2 years that you haven't invested in the S&P 500 or anything at all you aren't a good investor or good with money. But we all know that check is a farce anyways. He got his money from the pac fight long ago.
