No, that fight won't happen. Lomachenko wants to fight Salido next if at all possible. Salido was offered $750,000 to have fought him tonight on ESPN, but Salido refused. Loma will keep trying. He also said he would fight Rigo, and he wants Davis, but Davis will not come near him. Mikey Garcia at 135 will happen also......................Loma wants to unify all the titles before moving up...........................he just moved up from 126...........................he is getting used to 130 and I expect him to beat Mikey at 135 with his skills...................

 

What are the reasons? Money, venue, network?

 

I don't see Oscar as a promoter who protects his fighters. He has always matched his fighters hard. If anything its probably purse splits.

 

Delayed Salido rematch until he was old...
Fixed Walters fight...
Dragged an old man up two weight classes...
Kept calling out a glorified novice with no title and no weight class...
Never once mentioned a fight with Berchelt, even though he is on good terms with his promoter...

I don't know anything about the Walters fix claim, but everything else is spot on.

 

Except it isn't. Salcheto ducked the Lomachenko rematch like a coward even though he would have gotten his biggest payday in his career BY FAR. Rigondeaux didn't take the fight at 126 initially when he wasn't that old, even though he was offered more money than what he ultimately got, it was his fault that he had to move up 2 divisions. Duckvonta has no title? So what, Lomachenko already called him out when he had one. Berchelt is irrelevant compared to Linares, the latter is a much better fight. You two are pathetic haters nothing more.
