Who did Russell Jr beat? Who did Martinez beat? What about Walters? The fact is Hernandez is an ATG at 130 period.

Hernandez is a Hall of Famer, not an ATG plus he was past prime when he fought Mayweather.

He's an ATG at 130. Easily top 5 fighter all time at 130.

That he did.. Except it was a faded(although still game) and not a prime version. Again... it's highly debatable. The methodology however isn't, it's the least biased that's been put forth in this thread by far.

Lol, you mean appart from being undefeated for 14 years in superfeatherweight division? with his only defeat being vs (arguably atg, but 100% hof) odlh for money and out of his weight, NOT in superfeatherweight, he was dragged?.

that's what happens when you talk about boxing with people that doesnt know **** about the sport.

    Ok, bye all.

Edit: what a shame, do you have F idea about what's being undefeated for 14 years in your weight? you are kissing lomas cv and he has fought for 2 days. This guy is undefeated for 14 years in superfeatherweight and you ask "what did he do"? go hell, or even better, go watch mma dude.

It's not my fault you had to load the question to further your agenda. Don't get mad at me because me and others are calling your ass out especially given your track history. Don't play dumb with me.

Floyd achieved more by age 29. Vasyl achieved more in his first 10 fights. I think Loma with his style has a GOOD 6 years left of fights though. So we will see what happens.

Name your top 5 then. I am sure he can't be ranked higher than Mayweather, Arguello, Chavez, Nelson or Kid Chocolate at 130. And I could mention more names. So Hernandez can't be top 5.

Nahh..Genaro is certainly not HOF but he was a very good fighter - easiest style ever for Mayweather to handle, though.

I think the Russell Jr. win is probably better than anything other than Corrales.
You have to note that on an H2H level, Russell Jr looks elite AND Loma hadn't even adjusted to the pros then, his pacing strategy was still rubbish (which is vital for his style) - thus made the fight competitive on a round-by-round basis. You'd have to watch Loma-Russell Jr to notice what I'm talking about (don't watch the highlights, it's just as misleading as Floyd's 130lb highlights where it makes him look like he's not a defensive fighter when he was still very conservative).

No one is going to be able to put forth a good argument because Walters and Russell Jr haven't achieved much else yet, but Walters was elite. We all slated his convincing wins over Sosa and Marriaga, we didn't know at the time Sosa would be a beltholder and Marriaga would have an even fight with Oscar Valdez. Walters would've been on people's P4P lists if we knew how good these two were (he was seen as a borderline P4P fighter).

Lol, genaro is LITERALLY a hall of famer, since, literally, he's in the hall of fame.

Plus, as PimpC said, he's easily top 5 atg at superfeatherweight. Genaro shits all over whoever loma has fought in his whole life, amateur or pro. Probably, genaro still shits all over them if you put them together too.
