Klitschko, Pulev, Ortiz, Wilder - did Wlad ever go on an equally strong run of defences?

The fact that it is a hypothetical is what my answer was based on.
See point number 2: "If he were able to do that"

It's all subjective, just as I feel that Joshua would have to have
better opponents than those named to have a run as strong as
Wlad, I'm sure some feel otherwise. It's not a big deal bro. it's conversation not a war
    or personal criticism.

    What a bunch of cans:lol:

Ortiz destroyed Thomsopn. Washington beat Chambers.
Imbraginov's best best win is a draw with Austin and Harold Scoiners beat Austin
Rahman took the fight on two weeks notice and was shot to pieces.
Brewster destroyed Wlad in his prime. He was a shell of himself in the rematch.

At least Joshua is fighting prime top rankers. Whyte , Wlad , Pulev , Ortiz blows that list out of the water.

Ortiz destroyed an old Thompson that hadn't remotely been a force since 2011
Ibragimov is far better than Pulev.
Rahman is what he is but was far more accomplished than anyone mentioned
You say Brewster was a shell but was literally one fight removed from a fight of the year
defense (loss) and I believe had defended his belt 4 times before the Wlad fight.

I think Ortiz is the real deal but to say he blows the list out of the water is foolhardy at best.
He couldn't even stop a Malik Scott that was literally begging to be stopped for Christ's sake.

Yeah sure, Ortiz win over Thompson is as impressive as doing it ten years earlier...

And please, what prime top ranker has Joshua fought?

    Povetkin >>> Ortiz
    Pianeta > old Pulev

Wilder would be lucky to survive Wach

Needless to say Dildohelmet automatically takes the anti-Klitschko tack.

He's previously derided the Thompson Wlad beat as old. Of course now that Ortiz is beating an even older version, it's all good

    Iggy never beat anybody.

Kally Meehan beat Brewster right after he destroyed Wlad and got robbed. . Yeah , thats right , Meehan done a hell of a lot better against Brewster than Wlad did.
Brewster then lost his title to Liahovich and sustained a career ending eye injury in the process. After a year out , Wlad brought him over to Germany to take a loss for a paycheck. That fight doesn't mean anything.
Wlad was no match for a prime in shape Brewster.

Remember when you said he would duck Pulev... and that if he did get get the balls to face him that he would lose? What a joke you are! @dinovelvet

Yep. That's an infamous tactic of his... Selective with these sorts of things whenever it suits his agenda. No sane person could rationalize the kind of inconsistencies that are present throughout this guys arguments, and thus they are likely the ramblings of a mad man.

Even if this happens..why narrow it to 3?

Wlad had an 18 fight defense streak that ranks among one of the best runs of all time.

This is like arguing Buster Douglas as being better than Lennox Lewis...because he beat McCall and Tyson.

Joshua is going to take care of business in such impressive fashion that the memory of Wlads tedious , boring career , is going to be wiped from existence.

The last thing Wlads legacy needed was a superstar to precede him. Lewis has the weak and boring K era to thank for making him look lot greater than he actually was.
