People who spar etc word gets around and he has more ability than both guys.

Burton has fought nobody and when Buglioni stepped up he lost handily.

Don't often agree u James on Eubank jr but agree here. Never seen the big fuss buglioni. Think he got away with it against burton. Funny how rematch never happened also agree yarde beats frank easier than burton due ther styles.

i take no notice of sparring stories tbh. Burton has done well domestically, KO'd Shinkwin, was winning comfortably v Buglioni till 1 shot changed the fight in the 11th & Yarde has no am experience, not great pro experience going from who hes fought, he looks good against duds, but who he knows how he'd look with a sound boxer like Burton. I think he comes out on top against both based on the eyetest, but i couldn't make him the favourite

Anthony Yarde will face Ryan Ford (12-0) on September 15.

Ryan Ford's best win is Robbie Berridge.

Buglioni is too easily hit and is fortunate to become a British champ , Burton looked ok but you have to either say he was either unlucky or ran out of gas against Buglioni ? Yarde seems to have potential to get beyond British level but we need to see him against better opposition. I would back him to beat both Buglioni or Burton with Burton being the more difficult opponent. Ironically the guy everyone is forgetting about Callum Johnston might beat them all ?

I agree completely, I think Callum Johnson is going to beat Buglioni. Yarde would beat either Buglioni or Burton (although as you said Burton is the harder fight), but both disappointingly and unsurprisingly he's going the Warren Boxing Org (WBO) route instead of the British title route.

In fairness to Yarde, though, I have to admit that Ryan Ford is a decent fighter and would've been OK as an opponent, had Yarde not avoided Burton ...

I think Yarde Vs Bob Ajisafe would have been a better fight.

Anyways... **** fight, but what do you expect from an 11-0 and developing fighter? Could be someone a lot worse than Ford.

I don't know much about Anthony's Yard, nothing at all. Does he mow his grass? If he lives in Vegas he will not have grass to mow................

The fight itself is fine but the fiasco around not taking the Burton fight kinda shits on it
