nothing to discuss. Floyd is making fools out of people paying for this. Easy fight for him. And people are buying it. The public doesn't care about their money.

Yeah but that was still ex world champ Andre Berto. Dude was catching Floyd's jab and jabbing back at him early. After hundreds of pro rounds in a ring and a camp with Virgil. Connor is too behind.

A pretty fair assessment especially about the Canelo fight. As for the Berto fight, thinking about it, I also agree but maybe Berto should be given some credit for that too.

I don't think Conor is going to try to outbox Floyd, he'll probably go the Cotto, De La Hoya, Maidana route and if he does that and Floyd's legs aren't great, he will lands a handful of shots, possibly clean. We don't know just how degraded Mayweather really is. Fighters all get old eventually, I picked Joe Smith Jr. by KO over BHop for that very reason, coming off of a two year layoff at 40, might be a bridge too far for Mayweather. In no way do I think Mayweather will lose, but let's be honest, he's 40 and hasn't fought in 2 years, and Conor is a bigger, younger professional athlete who throws punches for a living, crazier things have happened.

I would expect few to zero clean shots to Floyd's head....but I'm sure he might wail a bit on his arms and gloves.

Even though Floyd's not a power puncher ...i think Connor will be stopped quite possibly on body shots. Floyd cannot lose except for some freak injury like both arms fall off....or a leg breaks.

I ain't going to buy this one as it's a joke of a fight. However I will seek it out on YouTube afterwards.Floyd might take him into deep waters before he drowns him....or Connor quits. If somehow Floyd carries him for 12 I'll think Floyd is shot and injured. Watch Floyd put on a clinical exhibition till the body shots cause a stoppage or quitage.

Loved the tweet Lomachenko sent out to Connor . Bet he skips on the offer.

McGregor might land a small handful of right hands and the occasional hook, but nothing of any great signicance.

Conor drops his left hand when throwing a right hand, drops his right hand when throwing a left hand, and leaves his chin in the air when throwing any type of punch. So, once Floyd starts landing that jab to the body with regularity, following it with the left check hook and pinpoint right cross, the fight will be all over as any sort of contest. This will then leave Floyd free to toy with Conor, putting on a skills showcase and stopping McGregor whenever he wants to. And there will be nothing Conor can do to stop it.

I think he will because he only wins by making it a brawl.

Yes: I very much doubt Conor wants to get schooled any more in sparring in front of the assembled media and his cabal of UFC sycophants who are backing him to win based upon blind loyalty and nothing else.

A huge risk,is this post for real?
What's age got to do with it anyway as they can dress it up anyway they like but when you break it down you've got a guy who only got a boxing license last year and wouldn't win any amateur tournament let alone the best of his generation who laughed and toyed with a younger bigger Canelo who been a pro since he was in nappies.

About as shot as a 40 y/o Bernard Hopkins lol. Certainly no longer fighting at his peak physically, but like Hopkins his craftiness has grown through the years. He is a diminished version of his best younger self, but mentally perhaps as good as ever. He knows his limitations and is still (uuugggghhhh) the best today

I have a feeling Conor's main game plan will be to try to get in clinches and twist Floyd into a pretzel without being too obvious. I bet he follows a lot of his punches with elbows and will just say "oops" if they happen to land. Maybe try to injure Floyd in the clinches or something like that. As far as landing solid punches, maybe one or two, Floyd may be rusty, but I'm sure Floyd can take anything he can dish out. :pipi
