Viktor Postol returns!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man this is sad. People were saying Crawford ducked him and more people on this forum had him beating Crawford than losing. The man takes a risk and fights a p4p guy and gets schooled and now no one cares. This is why fighters don't take risks. Fighters rather be undefeated and get paid more and criticized than with a loss/losses for taking a risk/risks and being completely irrelevant with 4-5 figure paydays.

 

That's true, everyone becomes a bum in here after Crawford dominates them.

 

Lomachenko is a two time world champion in the top 10 p4p, Usyk is the #1 in the most stacked division, Gvozdyk is close to a title fight and is a respected contender, what is going on with Berynchik?.

 

I have dms of this guy trying to bet me 500 dollars for the Postol/Crawford fight. I tried to get CST to middleman and was willing to give him like 50% or some **** of the return but he didn't want to do it lol.

 

As soon as Crawford schooled him the Postol fans discarded the guy like sour milk. He was getting talked up like crazy and was meant to beat TC, now he's dismissed as a bum. Boxing fans certainly aren't the most loyal creatures.

 

Yep. Now watch people try and deny this and act like Crawford was the "clear favorite", going into the fight hahaha. People who were on this forum during that time period from when Crawford was accused of "ducking" know what really went down.

 

I was just thinking yesterday of when he was returning. Good to hear. It's crazy to read that any true boxing fan, that loves the sport, can call any professional boxer, especially a boxer who steps up to fight a PFP ranked world champ, a bum. Regardless of the argument, no professional is a bum. Hyped maybe, but bum, no.

 

Postol is like a mini-Wlad who's without power and less technically refined, so I guess that makes him a mini-Pulev lol. Solid fighter... Some good fights for him if he gives it a serious go again.

 

Except unlike Pulev he beat an elite fighter in Matthyse, who was the clear favorite.

 

Matthysse wasn't elite anymore, but ok. Fair point. Pulev has probably has a better resume overall though with Chisora, Thompson, Ustinov and Dimitrenko.

 

Haha love how people try and downplay matthyse now. Btw I picked Matthyse to beat Postol too. Postol was just a NIGHTMARe style for him. Not really. I'd take these 3 wins Lundy, Aydin, and Matthyse, over those 4 in a heartbeat. If you want to bring up how Matthyese wasn't elite anymore, Chisora was completely shot to fking ****.

 

"people" I'm not trying to downplay anyone.. I'm a huge LM fan. But the fact remains that he was war torn and obviously not the same fighter. Clear that you're just trying to prop him and Postol up because you're a Crawford fanboy.

 

How was he clearly not the same fighter? Based off what? Have you ever thought that Postol was just that good which is why he dominated lucas? If he's not the same "fighter", he didn't slip that much. Yes sure I'm crediting Postol because I like Crawford and you're downplaying him for obvious reasons. You'd never do this to a Lomachenko opponent.

 

Like you're a fan of either of these guys... Get real.

 

Not really a fan of Postol. Never said I was. But there were "tons" of so called Postol "fans", back when they said he was ducking and he'd beat Crawford. They were crediting him for Matthyse acting like it was an amazing win. Not sure about you specifically, but it's cute how the usual suspects are completely shitting on Postol now acting like he's a nobody.
