Why do boxers brawling at press conferences look like they are doing MMA?

If any top heavyweight mma fighter got close enough to initiate a clinch with Tyson it would soon be over. Mike would have no advantages at that point and the manipulation would begin. He wouldn't last three minutes with anyone in today's top ten. In fact, he would have been lucky to escape the quarter-finals in 1998's version of the ufc. If Royce would have annihilated him then, can you imagine what todays mma fighters could do to him now. Tyson is not a superhero, he was just a very good boxer.

By biting their ear off lol. People don't understand that street fight and MMA are not even comparable. Not saying Tyson will win, but Tyson seemed like the type of guy who would snatch your balls off, poke your eyes out, and bite any part of your body off.

Tyson would be at even more of a loss on the street than in the octagon. If he tried using dirty tactics he leaves the encounter limbless.

Nah. Tyson definitely benefits more and has a better chance on the streets than in an octagon.

Good luck getting the kind of leverage necessary to bite someone from your back when they've mounted and are pounding your head into oblivion. Dirty tactics are always an x-factor in street fights, but they aren't always easy to implement.

I suggest you watch Bas Rutten describing what he could and would do if someone tried to eye gouge, strike to the groin etc, while in a street fight. Mike would simply be out of his element.

Didn't say he was favored. Anyone with common sense can tell that Mike has a better chance on a street where anything can happen than an octagon.

Actually dirty tactics are much easier than you think. I've seen a friend personally being choked out on his back by someone who had MMA experience and to survive he poked the man's eye out. Unless you've had actual experience of seeing or fighting someone attempting to use these dirty tactics I'd refrain from giving out your opinion like it's gosepl. Not saying it would be the same with a pro mma fighter, but I'd surely favor Mike in a street fight over a cage. Not to mention in a street fight literally anything goes meaning if there are weapons available you can use them too.

Also UTF if you know ANYTHING about street fighting, the first rule is never to bring someone to the ground and be on your back. That's literally the worst situation you can be in. Street fighting means literally ANYTHING goes.

We're talking in the event of a 1v1 fight derp. Not **** Sherlock, there are way more variables to a street fight... Including cheap tactics, parties jumping in, weapons. In the event of a 1v1 street fight the MMA fighter should always be FAVORED over the boxer. Of course there are no absolutes, as I clearly acknowledge d in my previous posts.

Wtf is a 1 vs 1 street fight event you moron LMFAO. In any official street fight event there will be no biting etc allowed. That is the thing about street fighting, literally anything goes. Who the **** said I was talking about some "set up" event. Also I agree with the fact that a MMA fighter is favored, but not more favored than in an octagon. Also not favored to the point where the boxer winning is a massive upset.

Who are you calling a moron buddy? You got slapped around like a ***** last night, and are in the process of getting slapped around yet again in this thread. You are arguing for the sake of arguing and once again being made to look like a complete fool. You don't know **** about MMA, street fighting or boxing. The variables and possibilities were broken down in previous pages, In 1v1 an MMA fighter who isn't completely dwarfed physically should always be FAVORED to beat a boxer on the street. Do you need the proverbial nails hammered into your dense skull?

Hahaha. Slapped around by who? You and a couple of my stalkers and haters? We know what happened when it's just me and you. You run like a ***** and cry about how I want the last word. Oh great comeback! You don't know **** about boxing, mma, or street fighting, how cliche of you. Funny how some virgin geek like you thinks that since you make MMA prediction competitions on a boxing forum, you know wtf you're talking about. I highly doubt you've ever been in a ring once in your life.

You're all brave when you have people that dislike me backing you up, but cry like a baby when people who dislike you like my comments.

Are you actually ******ed? Did I not just say that the MMA fighter is favored? Jesus UTF, you've lost it.
