True! This is why the fight is so intriguing. Can Conor's odd MMA style confuse Mayweather. We all know Mayweather can deal with an orthodox style easy. That's why when people spar they always say that a guy coming off the street with odd rhythm and awkward punches are dangerous and can be harder to deal with than someone orthodox.

I hate to say this, but I think Floyd ****ed up by taking this fight. If you watch McGregor in the UFC, there are certain movements that he was accustomed to in so far as return fire, like from kicks for example, where he would make what are considered defensive lapses in boxing. That's apparent in the first released sparring sessions with Van Heerden.

Based on how he looks on the heavy bag and his footwork in the video posted on the previous screen, I think he's come a very long way. He looks more skilled than many other boxers on the bag, in particular with his footwork, and given that's he's already used to performing on the highest stage, and he's considerably bigger than Floyd, I think this is going to be an upset now.

I don't think Floyd has the power to keep him off of him. He's just too big. I think McGregor was beating the hell out of Malinaggi and that is going to be revealed soon. This kid is confident. At least Floyd will get paid. I hope Floyd proves me wrong. If he does, it will be one of his best performances.

If boxing was smart and had any type of organization to it, they would have made McGregor fight someone like Ward who would have for sure won the fight. Putting and old ass man, who's small and doesn't have power against a long southpaw, with timing, quickness, and power was a stupid move by Floyd's management.

    We'll see though.

You see the interview with McGregor. He said everyone was extremely concerned with Malinaggi because of head trauma that he took. I believe him. The way he said it is true. Floyd is a lot of trouble. I can't believe this is how it's going to end for Floyd.

Lol, Floyd is basically taking the entire sport of boxing down with him. Boxers are honestly going to have to go to MMA and become champions in order for people to give credibility to boxing again after this fight. Boxing needs it though because the boxing community is stuck in its ways.

In all reality, McGregor is the BEST boxer in MMA, which proves that boxing is perhaps the most deadly marshal art within itself in the right hands, but at the same time, if you want to succeed at MMA, you need to implement multiple facets in your fame.

This is going to be crazy. I wonder what the odds will be. I think I might put some cash on McGregor.

Pfff mayweather has fought all type of styles, odd ones too, like augustus. Do you really think that he will not be able to handle a bad (his style is bader than awkward) style used by a guy that will gass in the 3rd round?

No way in hell mayweather loses this fight. No way in the F hell. I'm starting to think that even if mayweather wants to take a dive he will have a really hard time doing it.

Would this be a bigger upset than Tyson v. Douglas if Conor wins?

Anything that shortens the odds is a good thing.
