Paulie should have just not made such a big deal about this. He has been talking about it nonstop on social media. I'm not saying he necessarily lied about anything but this definitely makes him look bad and hurts his credibility somewhat.

That would have slowed him down while sparring with Con McGregor.

 

The punch has to cause a loss of balance, if he was already falling it wouldnt take much to floor him so why was it posted?

 

it was posted because paulie said conor rushed in and pushed him and thats why he fell. then he said it was a combination half push and their feet getting tied up, then after the video was posted he said it had looked different when he was inside the ring. the knock down wasnt hard nor was paulie hurt by it, but in a real match it would have been ruled a knock down, so paulie was twisting everything around which makes him look like a chump.
i dont understand why some people are taking this so personal and acting like its their father who is being talked about getting his ass beat. turns out paulie is full of it, and conor, a professional fighter in his prime, got a few good shots in against an out of shape retired boxer, is it that hard to get over that?

 

The pics last week didn't tell the whole story, so is the 2 videos circulating now.
Paulie clearly out of shape and the knock down was legit. The video proofs that there are segments in the sparring that Connor did get the better of PM.

 

He got floored. The footage doesn't lie. Now people are saying Paulie intentionally took a dive

Legit knockdown. Why did Paulie bs about it? People get knocked down in sparring, so what? Is it pride over being put down by an mma fighter? Silly.

yeah, it's only a few seconds of footage but to be fair to Mcgregor he's got some pop, and his movement is very unorthodox. Wouldn't be surprised if it takes Floyd a round or two to figure him out.

 

Paulie has made himself look like a right idiot this past week.

First of all he said Conor did well for the first 5 rounds and then he took over, then he states Conor took the last 2 rounds and finished strong.

He then states the knockdown pics were actually a throw down because Conor was getting frustrated that Paulie was taking over. He made out as though Conor used some UFC because he was getting owned.

I've seen the footage and that is a clear knockdown, Paulie looks like he's taking some nasty shots in there from the footage I've seen.

Paulie is an overrated commentator, you can add liar to his CV now........
