Is Conor a know puncher inside the boxing ring? To me he looked of balance most of the time in that clip.

I've been in the boxing game for a long time and I can recognize skills in less than a minute. At first, I thought it was a joke too, but then I saw McGregor's footwork and his speed, and his angles, and his overall ability, and I did 180. The guy can box, he has power, he has the worst possible physical stylistic matchup for Floyd, and he's going to outweigh Floyd by 25 lbs.

This is a disaster. If you can't see that by now, I don't know what to tell you. Get out of your own way.

water finds its own level, so other mma guys will try and cross over for the bigger paychecks and get their wig split by guys like spence, ggg, etc... and if they dont, then we should really stop behaving like snobs.

His balance is impeccable. Watch him kick. You have to work extremely hard to get that type of flexibility and agility. It's not something that you can just get off the couch and have, you have to work for it. I didn't see any balance issues at all. I'd say McGregor has the best balance in the UFC.

But can he really get 25lbs back after weigh in? What is his weight usually in MMA?

Conor talks about Paulie in this new interview. For an athlete he's very well spoken.

I heard those video clips are from round 10 or later. Impressive speed, endurance and power shown by McGregor. He has already shown himself to be special by doing a number on Paulie. How many 0-0 fighters could have manhandled Maggi that way? How can you not like this guy?

You can't make a silk purse out of sow's ear, no matter how much you hype it. McFraud is going to be destroyed whenever Mayweather chooses. See Pete Rademacher against another Floyd, Patterson, for an example of what happens when someone with zippo pro boxing experience tries to enter a pro boxing ring.

Hype it all you want, No one other than the testosterone addled UFC fanboys are buying this crap man. Boxing fans who know something about the sport would rather watch real boxing matches like Golovkin-Alvarez

He's not going to kick any body nor fight in the UFC. In the first seconds he almost falls over Paulie, you don't see that?

why are some of you guys so threatened by this? floyd is old and fighting a very talented fighter in his prime who is substantially bigger than him. floyd losing isnt the end of the world unless one upping the mma fanboys is that high on your wish list. beating floyd doesnt mean conor would beat a champion boxer his size, it just means conor outmayweathered floyd, lol.

Instead of appreciating mma and giving kudos to the new kid on the block, a certain close-minded segment have resented it from it's very inception. No one loves boxing more than I do, but a loss to Conor would only be the end of the world to those who incorrectly hold boxing above other forms of combat. A win for Conor would be celebrated by millions of unbiased boxing fans around the globe.

Real boxing fans will not celebrate a novice from some pseudo-sport beating the greatest boxer of the 21st century. Thankfully, it's not going to happen.

I can't wait until McTrash is knocked out cold and sent back to his proper place in the world, rolling around on the ground instead of fighting in a real sport like boxing.

i agree, i will always love boxing more than any other sport and its not even close, but this isnt boxing vs mma, its a carnival attraction thats not going to prove anything one way or the other. conor will be ggg's size on fight night and even mma fanboys know ggg would break conor in 2 in a boxing ring.
