15-yo Mike Tyson bobbing and weaving with Teddy Atlas

If you dont have proof, or even the inkling of proof, stfu. Tyson was a freak of nature before he even started boxing. Its well known and well documented. When a trained professional lhw has to fight hard to keep a 13 yr old whose never boxed off of him you cant blame cus for steroids. Besides cus was an old school trainer with a strong pedigree dating back decades, how many of those guys encouraged fighters to get muscle bound?? None.

 

Tyson grew huge from eating other children. Or at least eating their lunches.

He also robbed women for their welfare checks and groceries.

He was nice to pigeons though.

And when he was champ he'd give out turkeys at Thanksgiving and Christmas to the poor in the old neighbourhood. Don King would be with him. Real humanitarians, like latter day Al Capones, or should that be capons.

He was definitely a freak of nature. Big at a young age but he didn't grow much past a young age either.
I've heard him talk about that, he was disappointed he didn't grow tall like a heavyweight. Says he'd be on growth hormones if he came along a few years later.

 

I also read an article where Cus said he wished Tyson had wide shoulders like Norton and Weaver. I think it was the article you posted a while back.

What are the earliest pictures of Tyson where he's huge ?
I'm guessing he was always big for his age but realistically there must have been a time when he had his growth spurt.
I daresay boxing training made him a good deal bigger too. That happens to lots of kids.

It's possible because Cus was a maverick and forward thinking. He was old school in many ways but always considered an eccentric with his own ideas.

Cus was Dr Frankenstein and Tyson was his monster.
Cus was all about the mental and spiritual aspects first and foremost but he knew the physical equipment needed to be enhanced if possible.
He was an interesting guy.

Yes, I heard he'd criticize Tyson's body and physique at times, put him down, try to make him feel physically inadequate. Weird that is.
