Cotto is an undersized welterweight if you want to play that game. Brook is actually bigger than Cotto, who started his career at 140 pounds. Brook was like 170 pounds against GGG on fight night; I doubt Cotto has ever weighed that much. Cotto is also like 3 inches shorter than Brook.

he has more then just power over canelo. the one other thing ggg has over is footwork. specifically cutting off the ring. his jab is better as well .

So Canelo had Khan jump two weight classes for a mediocre win. Got it.

Golovkin has more than power. He's a better body puncher, better work rate, cuts the ring off better though I don't think that's going to be a factor with Canelo's style. Golovkin has a better chin I'd say, it has to be with how much he gets hit.

who cares roman Gonzales accomplished more than jacobs too...canelo would still get no credit for beating him...fact is current jacobs is faaar better than a 35 years old welterweight

Triple G has a better chin and better cutting off the ring n possibly stamina. Canelo is the better body puncher.

I think ggg has better chin and power I'd also say he is more clever and better balance/footwork. Alvarez has better speed and maybe punch output which some judges might like

You were making some credible sense up till Floyd.

Floyd said that GGG was straight up, had no special effects, was easy work, and that he'd beat him. GGG offered to fight him at 154 and Floyd went on to pick Conor McGregor instead.

GGG's footwork is a lot better. I think if it turns into a slugfest his chin would hold up a lot better too.

    Talk.

    Boxers talk all the time.

There was never any compulsion on Floyd to face GGG, so he (wisely ) never did.

    He did duck Pac though.

Until he felt it was safe to come out of hiding.
