There was a story that he offered the zoo keeper 10 000 dollars to open the cage so he could punch the gorilla in its face back in 1987, 88. A gorilla can be as much as 300 to 400 pounds with much more robust skulls than humans. Assuming the zoo keeper took the money, how might this have ended for Mike Tyson? Would the gorilla have been hurt?
Of course the gorilla would be hurt, fighting Mike Tyson without being paid, that of course would hurt, a gorillas gotta earn the dollars aint he...............?
Might have busted a tooth or two but probably have done more damage to his own hand. Would have been wise to beat a hasty retreat as soon as he land the punch though otherwise they would have had to carry him out in a body bag.
The Gorillia has more brains than Tyson so it would probably lock him inside the enclosure and do one....... I reckon a Gibbon would be more up his street.
This has been done before. The gorilla kneeds him like dough and uses him as a football. Seriously, don't even go there. Edit: It's not just that the gorilla is literally twice the size of Tyson. It's that weight for weight its muscle and bones are stronger and denser. Even if Tyson was the same size, its probably more of a mismatch than a male vs a female of the same size. tyson would be dead in about 10 seconds. Obviously this is a bit of a wind up and i remember that story but dont believe it for a second.....which is 9 less than mike would last
http://imgur.com/2EWyUZl Based on this video, I don't think things would have gone well for Tyson. The initial collision alone would take out any human.
Gorilla wins by quick and dominant performance, but gorilla gets owned by bear or lion. While bear, lion and tiger get owned by rhino or hippo. Pointless thread. Better would be Tony Galento vs Anthony Joshua.
Wow and that was a female orangutang which is not near the size and strength of a male silverback gorilla.
There is a Tony Galento vs Lennox Lewis thread https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/lennox-lewis-vs-tony-galento.591765/page-2#post-18714282
Was it a female gorilla or male? Was it fully grown or a juvenile? Was it restrained by a chain so that retaliation would be impossible after the blow was delivered? All these are relevant factors.
