loma/rigo my personal P4P#1 fighters. but seriously the ship has sailed on this fight. 10 or 15 pounds is significant at these lower weight classes and loma is just naturally bigger. They are not going to agree on weight or even a catch weight.

I'm going to feel bad for Rigo if this fight happens. He a really good fighter who doesn't deserve to be forced into such uneven matchups to get paid. I think the only reason he chases Loma is because Loma is the only one who has the balls to step into the ring with anyone. There are a lot of good fighters at 126 Rigo could be fighting but there's absolutely no chance any of them sign the dotted line.

Rigo does nothing but talk **** about Loma not fighting him on Twitter to the point that Loma haters say he's ducking Rigo, but I'm almost 100% positive Rigo turns this fight down with some excuse.

Rigo signed a 4 year, $10 million contract with Roc in 2015.

I don't think he's being forced into anything, and he's not desperate for the cash- he gets paid whether it's Loma or a top 25 guy.

That said, it's a damn shame that better fights couldn't get made with him the last few years.

Near $500k? What sort of joke is that if Rigo already rejected $500k a long, long time ago, demanding millions (which he isn't worthy of)?

Will Loma haters give him credit if he beats Rigo at 130? I am yet to hear a straight answer.

Still don't mind seeing it but it should have happened back when Loma was at 126.

This is pointless fight at 130.Rigo is gonna end up just like Gamboa after moving up and fighting Crowford at 135.
Rigo should have fought Loma at 126 or catchweight couple of years ago,no point now.Make M.Garcia vs Loma instead or some other 135 title holders.

Some of you must hate Rigo so much that you want him to move up and get ktfo.Perhaps some Donaire fans here ? Weight divisions exist for a reason.Taking a loss like that for 500k is pathetic. Those guys earn no money in the lower divisions,i feel bad for them.

I feel that Loma is going backwards,Walters win was great then he fought and won vs left overs that Walters already beat-Sosa [that draw was robbery] and Marriaga after.Loma should move up to 135 asap,130 is weak for his skill. Also Salido fight is pointless as well, shot and old fighter coming off losses and draws while Loma is getting better each fight.

It's either Salido rematch or Rigo for 12/9. I don't know about you guys but I'm liking the options for Lomo to end the year. I personally think Lomo should take out Rigo first just to silence him for good, and then follow up with a revenge match with Salido next year. That's when he can go for bigger game.
I can see the excuses coming already if he picks one or the other.
