He's going to turn this down and get upset by an unheralded fighter a year or two down the line, Rigo is one of those guys I'd advise any gambler to keep betting against if they want to earn a good chunk of money. At his age he's bound to fall off eventually, even if against someone who isn't anywhere near his level.

You know better Mickey is waiting for him at 135 but uncle Bob is not committed too risky. Rigo demands is fine high risk good pay.

Seems reasonable, but on the other hand, if Rigo were to beat Lomachenko, I gotta' think he'd be able to command some bigger money.

Lomo has to give every penny he earned in pro boxing to Rigo and build him a house if he is serious about making this fight, doe!

No:nonono I'm pretty sure I was the first guy that used it. He stole it from me, but he called Rigo a turtle before I did. So I stole that one from him.:D

Or maybe Loma could take on a big name MMA guy with a 0-0-0 boxing record?? Maybe Dimitrious Johnson?! That would be exciting, doe!

They have offered Rigo good money for a fight before, but Rigo keeps refusing....................got to watch Roc Nation, they will demand Tony Weeks, criminal judges, criminal referee and of course Bob Bennett will be there kissing Roc Nation's arse. I do not trust Arum, don't know if there is one honest promoter living today..................I want to see Lomachenko knock Salido out first, that's the fight everyone wants to see for now........nobody wants to see Rigo.....................Lomachenko Vs. Garcia would also be a good draw................but Rigo? Who will buy tickets for that fight?

Agreed, the guy who just did less than 800k on ESPN is being overpaid.

They're my top 2 p4p so I'll be happy to see it. But as others have said it's too much a p4p fantasy fight and size mismatch. Loma's filled out as a 130 lber while Rigo doesn't have the genetics to be more than a small super bantam. The strength and power difference coupled with Loma's activity and aggression makes it hard to see Rigo controlling rounds even if his defence and countering skill allows him to land cleaner than anyone else can on Loma.

I know Loma respects Rigo's skill and would love him on his resume, but a size mismatch like this also might hurt Loma's career progression. It won't shut the haters up, and it might make an already unlikely Garcia match even less likely.

For Rigo, he'd be stupid to turn down 500,000. If he does turn it down I don't want to hear another word from him about Loma. He needs a big fight, and he'd gain so much more than Loma with a win. Moving up two divisions to beat another p4p elite would be one of the greatest accomplishments in boxing history.

Rigo must realise that his career is almost up and that if he's going to cash out then he better hurry up.

And if it's money that stops it, it's a damn shame.

Enough people have already forgotten the $10 mil contract he signed with Roc that people are blaming Arum for not giving him a few hundred K more for a Loma fight.

Rigo only making peanuts for his fights is really a fake narrative. If you average out the contract he signed in 2015 with Roc by the fights he's had, he'll probably make more than Loma, despite getting paid less by Arum.
