That being said Crawford Vs Garcia is an amazing fight that can realistically happen next and if Crawford beats Garcia that criticism is no longer valid.

 

Crawford will hit a brick wall at 147 as Spence, Thurman, Porter and Garcia are PBC fighters. That's why he should stay at 140 for a few fights while the situation gets cleared up with Horn PAC. Maybe fight the winner of Horn Pac then if he wins he has leverage with the PBC boys.

Attitude, dedication, heart along with ring IQ are only most important things. Everyone talks about Broner "talent" and you don't see him anywhere near anyone p4p list.

Tyson probably had more "talent" than Lewis & Holyfield despite being shorter. Yet they were superior fighters to Tyson because they were dedicated, worked their ass off and had a much higher ring IQ.

There is a reason "old timers" were fond of saying your attitude will determine how far you go, not your talent. And no I'm not saying talent doesn't matter. Obviously it does.

Crawford obviously has worked his ass off. You don't get to where he is on talent alone.

Was it the hardest path to unified champ ever? Nah. But even doing it against lesser champs is quite difficult to do. You cant get to that level being terrible, and only genuine HOF fighters make those guys look like nobodies.

Bud makes fighters look levels worse then they are, and some people don't like that. Dominant fighters pretty much always get the level of competition knock thrown at them routinely- Wlad and Floyd haters still cling to that.

Dudes just that good, though. I don't buy that everyone else forgot how to fight once he came along.

Also, Postol in particular is nowhere near as bad as Bud made him look. He may not have been P4P or anything, but to make a legit world class operator look that bad is impressive.
