Indongo is hard to beat for anyone else in the division but crawford is streaks ahead of anyone else there.
As soon as a fighter gets tooled by Crawford they instantly become a bum. The Viktor Postol effect. You don't school a fighter like Ricky Burns if you're 'no good'.
This isn't learning in the terms of just using your mind. We are talking about teaching your reflex and muscle to do something you instinctively do not do. Can he learn new technique ? Probably. but as soon as the fight gets tough he will revert back to his old style. It happens to every old boxers who tried to change their style. They always revert back as soon as the going gets tough.

Sorry but I have seen too many fighters change style late in their careers and remain consistent with the new style successfully to agree with that inflexible assessment. George Foreman who returned to boxing with an entirely different style is a notable example. Ali is another who started out floating like a butterfly stinging like a bee and wound using rope a dope and mostly lying on the ropes. Maidana who looked like a punching bag against Kahn vastly improved his style and succeeded against Broner and in some opinions even against Mayweather. So it seems that you are underestimating the human capacity to improve technically in an athletic endeavor and and to remain consistent with that improvement based on some arbitrary age. So I guess we disagree on that.

he really isnt a very good boxer, but he is still a tough days work for most fighters 140 and below. crawford proved that he is too talented to be challenged at 140. there are enough guys at 147 closer to his level that will make for great fights. crawford should face pac or horn, mikey should face danny, spence should face thurman, and the winners can have a series of superfights.

Indongo has not balance, throws extremely wilder punches, looks as if he came off the street without one boxing lesson. Indongo was paid to lose to the house fighter as I posted well before the fight. Thruman is much superior to Indongo. Take a look at Indongo, he is a disgrace!

Indongo is a very good fighter dangerous just met a better boxer .will be champion again when Crawford moves up not many beat him .
I do not have the experience watching Indongo that many of you seem to have, but I was basically unimpressed with him. As commented by others: IMO- his punches were very telegraphed, his speed was medium, his power was not really shown, and he was quick to lay down. I do not see why he would win another belt if he is that easy to take out. Crawford, of course, is a great fighter. But it is hard for me to think that was the only reason Indongo looked bad. I am left with the impression that his athleticism may have won him a few key fights, since his training did not.
