Pulev thinks he's in a position to dictate the terms to Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. He says he wants a minimum of 4 months to get ready to fight AJ therefore the fight should be taking place late December or January 2018.

Well if Pulev drags this to purse bid and then wins it then indeed he will dictate the terms to AJ.

He's stalling. Never heard of a 4 month training camp.

Pulev didn't want the fight last year and doesn't seem to want the fight now, he probably thinks he's gonna get his ass kicked and he's not wrong.

How dare you ask for 4 months. Deonkey would faint if some of his opponents demanded that.

Not sure what would happen. IBF ordered the fight, if Pulev says no, they might just allow Joshua to face someone else like Ortiz. I think that's what happened when Povetkin said he wasn't ready for Wlad the first time the WBC ordered their fight.

They should take away that guy's mandatory spot.

Pulev just might be. Pulev seems to have very wealthy backers that would win in a purse bid.

That's what should happen but I doubt they'll do that. WBC didn't take away Povetkin's when he delayed his mandatory shot at Wlad and WBA didn't take away Ortiz's ranking when he backed out of the eliminator with Ustinov.
