Carl Froch calls reporter a Andre Ward *** licker says he is boring

Such a bitter little man! Still cannot give Ward credit. Can't handle the fact Ward took him to school and outclassed him. If Ward had not broken his hand in their fight he would have stopped him.

 

Froch is correct, I don't think he meant to diss Ward, just talking as a fan.
Ward is the only p4p player that I have a hard time finish watching unless he is with another great fighter.

 

TBH I agree with him. He's not that watchable of a fighter. But it doesn't mean he's not good at what he does. Can't say I've rewatched a ward fight out of enjoyment. But I guess it's rarely your style that puts you in the history books.

He just doesn't have anything too sleek or flashy about him, and he doesn't score big ko's. He just goes out there and does what he does.

 

I guess there is some truth but most of what he is saying is down purely to being a sore loser and is still not over it.

You would of thought he would be over it by now and be able to hold a conversation on the subject ha!

You can even tell how agitated he gets when he turns round and that ellie asks something about 80,000 at wembley and he snaps "whats that got to do with mayweather/macgregor" ha

 

Love Froch but he needs to take his L like a man. All this crying is not a good look.

Ward is essential viewing for any real boxing fan.

 

Speak for yourself and Froch not others. A lot of us appreciate the slick all round technical skills that Ward has. You prefer to watch the limited Froch that's your choice. I am a big fan of Andre Ward. Also got the privilege to meet him in Las Vegas in 2012 at MGM Grand at the Mayweather vs Cotto contest. Delightful gentleman. Notice Ward never says anything bad about Froch and behaves with dignity. His contests against Kovalev were beautiful. This man deserves respect but unfortunately the likes of Froch a bitter twisted little man cannot give it. I don't have to like a fighter to respect him. Like Ward himself says there are some admirable things about Froch but unfortunately his bitterness let's him down.

Ward beating up and stopping Kovalev in brutal fashion was the most exciting thing that's happened in the ring all year.
