Needs to get a new promoter or something.. what is happening with him?!

He is far far too good to be this inactive, not fought since July. Elite talent.. really enjoy watching him.

How do you think he would fare against GGG when they order his mandatory position??
I'm more impressed with Derevyanchenko than I am with Khytrov, they both need to get active maybe a fight with Khurtsidze would be a good test.

yep I'm really impressed with Derevyanchenko.. love the way he takes his time sussing his opponent out for a few rounds.. then destroys them. I think he's definitely the biggest threat to GGG, Quigley potentially could be a threat as well and Khytrov .

There's some decent young prospects starting to bloom in the division, I haven't seen a lot of quigley yet but he was apparently a standout amateur.

I was impressed with how derevyanchenko dealt with Soliman not so much with Khytrovs last fight he was getting caught a lot. Ryota Murata is another one who looks impressive so far.

Agree, Derevyanchenko looks better than Khytrov and was the better amateur too.

I think Derevyanchenko has an excellent chance if he waits a few years and GGG slows down. Right now I think he loses as although they are at a similar skill level IMO but Golovkin hits a little harder and also has proven a very solid chin.

    What's your thought on Murata?
Derevyanchenko looks the business but he needs to get more active, he should of followed up quickly on his last victory.

Sergiy just brutally tamed and stopped the raging bull that is Tureano Johnson, in far more impressive fashion than Curtis Stevens. He probably just ruined him as a fighter.

No one beats Derevyanchenko easily, he's very skilled, tough, and punches very hard.

It's quite amazing that a guy with such a small height and reach could have been such a dominant amateur.

Tough times ahead for the GGG-Canelo winner if they want to keep all the belts, even if they beat Sergiy it'll be a tough and brutal fight.

There's a lot of lessons to be learned with this fight. He needs to master the art of pointscoring - if he needs to conserve his energy, secure a round and even take some more time to figure his oppnent out, he should, in spurts, try and pointscore/outbox.

I think he's a very serious threat to both GGG and Canelo. I hope he faces GGG-Canelo winner next

Cant wait for GGG-Canelo, cant wait for the winner taking on Derevyanchenko and Charlo. Good times ahead for the middleweight division

I think GGG vs Derevyanchenko is a great match up. Personally I'd love to see that one.

lol yeah maybe I think they'd both throw and land a lot of big punches. Golovkin hits harder but Derevyanchenko's going to be landing his fair share against anyone.
