I doubt McGregor is even a particularly hard puncher by boxing standards, nor will he even land something flush enough where it would matter.

It's tricky because it requires command of your stick heights, you got to stay close to the drum for the ghost notes, the backbeat is in half time so it's on three and immediately following it is a ghost, so you've got to go from high to low really quick

As far as the hands the guts of the beat is "let-1 trip let 2 trip let THREE trip let 4 trip". The three is both hands down together at the same time

The trips are the ghosts on the snare, let and the downbeat is on the hat. Or if you want to go to the ride the downbeat is on the bell the let is on the bow. Make it swing, once you get that together then add the kick drum. It's very difficult you have to relax and use rebound especially on the ride

 

What I don't get is...why is Burt Clements & Dave Moretti allowed to judge on this fight? Floyd is fighting a complete boxing novice, did he really need his usual judges for Conor? talk about overkill...in trying to get the win.

I have said numerous times. Conor will make this interesting in firsr 4rounds. No way this go 12rounds. Conor will gas and beaten badly if he can't KO Floyd fast

Conor will force the action. Good or bad. Conor can't be in a boring fight.


if Floyd can somehow dance 12rounds and give lovejabs all the time. I have to give it to Floyd. That would be some hardcore ****.

Nah he hits weak. Nothing like Maidana, Cotto or Canelo. Berto hits harder and with better form.
